September in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty Two, Between John W. Burrows and
Margaret R. Burroughs his wife both of the County and
State aforesaid parties of the first part and Francis B.
Bevill of the County of Charleston and State of South
Carolina party of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have remised released and forever quit claimed and by
these presents do remise release and forever quit-
claim unto the said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns their right title and interest of in
