"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the
Twenty Seventh day of September in the year of
Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty
four between James T. Soutter of the City of New
York and John McRae of the City of Wilmington
Trustees duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road
Company parties of the first part and W.C. Beckham
party of the Second part. Witnesseth: That the
Said parties of the first part for and in Consid-
eration of the Sum of One hundred and Twenty
Seven dollars to them in hand paid by the
