Said party of the Second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bar-
gained Sold transferred; and do by these presents
give grant alien bargain Sell transfer and Convey unto
the Said party of the Second part Lots Numbers three &
four of Section Nineteen of Township Nine South of
Range Twenty Two East Containing one hundred and
ten acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the above
described premises together with all and Singular the
rights and privileges immunities easements and appurten
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining into
the said party of the Second part and his heirs as their
absolute property in fee Simple forever And the said
parties of the first part for themselves and Successors
as Trustees as aforesaid and for the said Florida Rail-
Road Company and for all others claiming by through or
under them or either of them do covenant and agree
that they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee
Simple to the above premises and that they have good
right to Convey the Same as they have Conveyed the Same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description; that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described prem-
ises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
the Same. And that they will at any and at all times
make such further Covenants Conveyances and as-
surances at the expense of the said party of the second
part as he the said party of the second part heirs
or assigns or Counsel learned in the law may require.
