  W.A. Colclough To Sarah G. Campbell

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I William A. Colclough (widower) of the afore-
said County and State for and in Consideration 
of the Sum of Three hundred dollars to me in
hand paid by Mrs Sarah G. Campbell of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt where-
of I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto her the said Mrs
Sarah G. Campbell all of that Certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit
Commencing at the South East Corner of Section Six-
teen (16) Township Nine (9) South, Range Nineteen East
thence North Forty (40) chains to half mile line thence
West Twenty five Chains thence South Forty (40) Chains
thence East Twenty five chains to the point of be-
ginning lying and being in said Section Sixteen
(16) Township Nine (9) South Range Nineteen (19) East.
Containing by estimation 100 acres of land more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any-
wise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the Same unto her
the said Mrs Sarah G. Campbell and to her heirs execu-
tors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute. And I the said William A. Colclough
do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said
Mrs Sarah G. Campbell that I am lawfully Seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed; and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and Convey
the Same that the Same is free from all encum-
brances of any kind whatsoever and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators Shall
and will forever warrant and defend the Same unto
