Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
on this the 21st day of July AD 1882 Between E.D. Barnett -
Alvania A. Barnett W.M. Knox and Mattie F. Knox parties of
the first part and Mrs Minnie E. Martin party of the sec-
ond part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the
Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to the parties of
the first part in hand paid by the party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and Conveyed and by these
presents doth so grant bargain sell Convey and release
unto the said Minnie E. Martin two acres of land Situated
in the town of Micanopy and more particularly described
as follows - Commencing at the North West Corner of
the lands known as the Stoughton land running
thence East on Northern boundary line of Section
twenty Six (26) Range Twenty (20) East of Township
Eleven (11) South ten chains and forty five links
