to a stake thence South Six chains and Seventy Eight
links to a Stake said Stake being the Initial point of
beginning running thence East Three Chains and Sixteen
and 1/4 links to a stake, thence South Six Chains and
Thirty Two 1/2 (32 1/2) links to a stake thence West Three
Chains (3) and sixteen (16 1/4) links to a stake on the
public street thence North Six chains (6) and thirty Two
(32 1/2) links to point of beginning and Containing
two acres of land more or less to have and to hold the
above described and granted premises together with
all and singular the houses buildings and improvements
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said Minnie E. Martin her heirs executors administra-
tors or assigns in fee simple forever and the said
parties of the first part Covenants and agrees with the party
of the second part that they are seized in fee of the
premises that they have good right to sell and Convey
unto the said Minnie E. Martin that they are free
from all encumbrances and that the said parties
of the first part further agree with the said party
of the second part that they and their heirs executors
administrators and assigns shall and will forever
defend the title to the Same against all parties claim-
ing or to claim under them. In Testimony Whereof

the respective of E.D. Barnett & W.M. Knox of our
own accord became parties to the foregoing Conveyance
and thereby relinquished all of our right of dower
in and to the above granted premises that we did so
without any Constraint apprehension Compulsion or
fear of or from our said husbands. In Testimony
