Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we Robert J. Camp John S. Camp Benjamin Camp
and Annie S. Camp his wife of the aforesaid County and
State for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred
and Thirty four dollars to them in hand paid by John I.
Ricker of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto him
the said John I. Ricker all of that Certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit:
All of lot Number Two in block number three
in the Village of Campville in said State and County.
The said Grantee binds himself and his heirs administrators
executors and assigns not to keep or allow any person
or persons to keep intoxicating liquors of any kind on
said lot for sale. If the said Grantee his heirs execu-
tors administrators or assigns shall fail to Comply with
this obligation then this deed shall be null and void
and the said lot shall revert to the grantors hereof
or their heirs.
