Same at said Sale and she being the bidder thereof. Now
therefore know all men by these presents that I the said
John W. Turner as Such Sheriff as aforesaid under by
virtue of the said execution and under by virtue of the
levy advertisement and sale thereunder made and for
and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to me
as such Sheriff Cash in hand on this day paid by
the said Mrs L.E. Hill the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold transferred
aliened and Conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell transfer alien and Convey unto her the
said Mrs L.E. Hill the following described property to wit:
The Middle portion of lot No one in Block Three
Range four of the original Survey of the Town of
Gainesville said Middle portion of said lot being
described as follows Beginning at a point which
is located Sixty feet North of and from the South
West Corner of said Lot No one in Block Three
Range Four and running North Forty Nine feet thence
East Sixty feet thence South Forty Nine feet thence
West Sixty feet to the point of beginning having a
front of Forty Nine ^feet^ on West Main Street by
a depth of sixty feet. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to hold the Same unto her the said Mrs L.E. Hill
and to her heirs and assigns forever as fully as I the
said Sheriff am lawfully authorized and empowered to
do. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this 2nd day of October AD 1882
