    L.F. Wetzler to Mrs K.M. Denton
                "Deed"
This Indenture made this 25th of September AD one Thousand Eight
hundred and eighty two between L.F. Wetzler of the Township of Boggs
County of Centre and State of Pennsylvania and Leah S. his wife of the
first part and Mrs K.M. Denton of the City of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the 
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Seven hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
released granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain
sell release grant convey and confirm unto unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot or parcel
of land laying and being in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known as the North half of Block four
Range six as shown by the Survey of the Town of Gainesville in the
County and State aforesaid Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said 
party of the first part in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to have and to hold for her
own proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said party of the first
part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant
with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns that at
the time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part are the lawful
owners of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
that they are free from al encumbrances That the said party of the first
part have good right to sell and convey the same to the said party
of the second part aforesaid and that the said party of the first part
their heirs executors and administrators the above described and hereby
granted and conveyed premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns against the said party of the first part and their heirs
and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
