and aside from her husband that she executed the annexed deed of her own
free will and accord for the purposes therein expressed whereupon it is

State of Florida } Know all men by these presets that Sallie F. Jackson
Alachua County   } (formerly Sallie F. Winecoff) wife of W.L. Jackson of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to
them in hand paid by Edmund E. Voyle of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Edmund E. Voyle all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit Lots 3 and 4
Block 23 located in the Town of Archer containing by estimation - acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto him the said Edmund E. Voyle
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute And they the said Sallie F. Jackson and W.L. Jackson do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Edmund E. Voyle that they
are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Edmund E.
Voyle and to - heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 29th day of Sept AD 1882
