Jackson the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

  William Edwards to H.L. Finger & Samuel T. Riles
                Deed
State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered into this 16th
County of Alachua } day of January AD 1882 Between William Edwards
and Julia A. Edwards his wife parties of the first part and
Henry L. Finger and Samuel T. Riles Partners known as Finger
and Riles are parties of the second part. Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of Sixty Dollars to the Parties of the
first part by the parties of the second part the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged the parties of the first part hath bargained and

sold and do hereby convey unto the^parties of the Second part
all that certain Lot or tract of Land known and described on a
Survey of what is known as the Perry Junction of the Florida Southern
Rail Road as surveyed by W.L. Sims and in Survey dsignated
as Lot No one (1) in said survey containing Block (9) Nine __ Acres
more or Less situated in the County of Alachua in what is known
in the Arredondo Grant as Section Twenty nine (29) Township Ten (10)
Range Twenty one (21) to have and to hold the above described and
granted premises with all and singular the Rights or improvements
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper
use benefit and behoof of the said parties of the second part
their heirs heirs or assigns in fee simple forever In Witness Whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed
