Township of Boggs County of Centre and State of Pennsylvania
have made constitute and appoint J.H. Roper of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida my true and lawful
Attorney for me and in my name to ask for collect and receive any money or
moneys now due or that may become due me from Mrs K.M. Denton on a house and
lot sold to her for me and to take from her for me proper securities for any
defence payment with power also an attorney or attorneys under him to
make and substitute in and concerning the premises and the same at
his pleasure to revoke giving and granting unto my said attorney or his
Substitute or substitutes full power and authority to do and perform all
and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
