dersigned William F. Caraway and Monizia E. Cara-
way his wife and acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying the
land therein described to William C. Vanatta and the
said Monizia E. Caraway upon an examination by
me separate and apart from her husband acknowledges
that she made herself a party to said conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing all Dower and
right of Dower in the lands therein mentioned and that
she did so freely and voluntarily and without
any fear constraint or compulsion from her said

    Charles W. Stephens to Daniel Williams et al Trustees
                        Deed"
This Indenture made on the third day of October AD 1882 between
Charles W. Stephens of the County of Alachua State of Florida on the
one part and Daniel Williams and Isaac Lee and Washington Evans
of the same place on the other part as Trustees of a religious
Society known as Shiloh Baptist Society of said County and State
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
he the said Charles W. Stephens hath given granted bargained
and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell
release and forever quit claim unto the said Daniel Williams
and Isaac Lee, and Washington Evans Trustees as aforesaid and
their successors in office all my right title interest and estate
in and to a lot or parcel of land lying and being Situate in
said State and County bounded and described as follows
to wit commence at the south West Corner of the South east
quarter of the South West quarter of Section thirty four Township
Seven South of Range eighteen east and run North Two hundred
