or persons claiming by from or under me or them or in their name right
or stead of me or them shall or will by any way or means have claim or
demand any right or title to the above released premises or to any part

State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into on
Alachua County   } this 25th day of September AD 1882 between A.H.
Mathers Mary A. Mathers J. Cooper Mathers Modes V. Mathers parties
of the first part and David A. Miller party of the second part
Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged The parties of the first
part have given granted bargained sold conveyed and released and
by these presence doth so give grant bargain sell convey and
release unto the said David A. Miller the following Lot of Land
