the houses buildings hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said David A.
Miller his heirs executors administrators or assigns in fee simple
forever and the said parties of the first Part covenant and agree
with the Party of the Second part that they are seized in fee of

State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered unto on this
Alachua County   } the 30th day of Sept AD 1882 Between E.D. Barnett
and Alvinia A. Barnett W.M. Knox & Mattie F. Knox parties of the
first part and John A. Simonton party of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and fifty Dollars to the parties of the first part in hand paid
by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents doth so give grant bargain sell and convey
