D.A. Miller to John A. Simonton
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered in this the 2nd
Alachua County   } day of September AD 1882 Between D.A. Miller of the
State and County aforesaid party of the first part and John A. Simonton
of the County of Marion & State aforesaid party of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of twenty Dollars
to the part of the first part in hand paid by the party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the party
of the first part has given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do so give grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said John A. Simonton the following lot of land lying
and Situated in the vilage of Micanopy and more particularly
described as follows commencing at the South west Corner
of a lot now owned by said John A. Simonton and running
thence North two hundred & ten feet (210) to a post corner thence
West two hundred & ten feet (210) to a post corner thence South
two hundred & ten feet to a post corner, thence East two hundred
and ten feet to point of beginning and containing one acre of
land more or less to have and to hold the above described lot
together with all and singular the houses buildings and improve-
ments thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the
said John A. Simonton his heirs executors administrators or
assigns in fee simple forever and the said party of the first
part covenants and agrees with the party of the second part
that he is Seized in fee of the premises afore granted that they
are free from all encumbrances and that he has good and
lawful right to convey the same and that he will and his
heirs executors administrators or assigns shall warrant and
defend the titles to the same against all parties claiming or
to claim under him In testamony whereof the said party of
the first part have hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal on this the day and year first above written
