State of Florida } Before the Subscriber a Notary Public of the State and
Alachua County   } County aforesaid personally came W.M. Knox who
being duly sworn says that he saw D.A. Miller signe the foregoing Deed
of conveyance and acknowledge that he did so for the use and purpose
therein set forth and that he together with W.R. Laws signed the same as
witnesses. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 2nd day of September

  Annie L. and D.W.L. Barton to Amos George
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made this the 27 day of June in the Year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Annie L. Barton and
D.W.L. Barton her husband of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part and Amos George of Alachua County State of
Florida of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the
first for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold released granted conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do bargain sell release grant convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece or parcel of land being in Alachua County
State of Florida and more particularly described as follows Commencing
ten chains (10) South of North east corner of the South west quarter of
section Sixteen (16) in Township (10) ten Range Nineteen (19) Running
South five (5) chains Thence West ten (10) chains Thence North five (5)
chains Thence East ten (10) chains to point of Departure containing
five (5) acres more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of the said
parties of the first part in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof: To have and to hold the above
granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his
and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever And the said
parties of the first part for their heirs executors and administrators
do hereby covenant with the said parties of the second part his heirs
and assigns that at the time of the delivery hereof the said
parties of the first part are the lawful owners of the premises
above granted and siezed thereof in fee Simple absolute
