State of Florida } Personally appeared before the undersigned
County of Alachua } Tillman Gordon Sr and his wife Elizabeth
Gordon both aforesaid and acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying the land therein
described to John W. Cunningham and the said Elizabeth
Gordon upon an examination made by me separate and apart
from her husband acknowledges that she made herself a party
to said conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing all Dower and
right of Dower in the lands therein mentioned and that she
did so freely and voluntarily and without any fear constraint
or compulsion from her said husband his

J.W. Cunningham to Elizabeth Gordon
"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 12th day of October AD 1882
Alachua County } between John W. Cunningham of said State and
County parties of the first part and Elizabeth Gordon the wife
of Tillman Gordon Sr of the County of Alachua & State of the second
part: Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar & of other good and valuable considerations to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said barty of the second part
and Andy Gordon her son by said Tillman Gordon Senior
after the death of said Elizabeth and also after her said
death equally to all other heirs of the bodis of said Tillman Senior
and Said Elizabeth and in default of such heirs then to the
heirs of the said Tillman Gordon the following described land to
wit: the East half of the North West Quarter of Section One
Township Eleven South of Range Twenty Two East and the North
half of the North East Quarter of Section Fourteen Township Eleven
South of Range Twenty Two East To have and to hold the above
described land to the said party of the second part as herein provided
Together with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto
being belonging or in any manner appertaining. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves their heirs executors administrators and
assigns the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed premises
will forever warrant and defend against all legal claims and demands
