Alachua County   } I Joseph S. McDonell an acting Justice of the
Peace in and for said County do hereby certify that on this day
personally appeared before me Mary Ann Johnson and James K.
Johnson to me well known as the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged that they executed
same for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is prayed that
the same may be recorded

 Lavinia A. and Henry A. Crumpton to Mary E. Price
                     "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } Lavinia A. Crumpton and Henry A. Crumpton
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of Four hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by Mary
E. Price of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto me the said Mary E. Price all of that certain
lot Piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: The West half of the
North East quarter of Section (15) Fifteen Township Ten South
of Range (22) East Containing by estimation Eighty acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto
me the said Mary E. Price and to her heirs executors admini=
strators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and we
the said Lavinia A. Crumpton and Henry A. Crumpton
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mary E.
Price that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and
there heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto me the said Mary E. Price
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoe=
=ver now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
