  Mary E. Furman to The Board of Public Instruction
                   "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we Mary E. Furman and Charles D. Furman
her husband of the County of Alachua State of Florida in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to us in hand paid by us received do hereby bargain sell grant
and convey unto the Board of Public Instruction for the County of Alachua
State of Florida and their successors in office the following described premises
situated in the County and State aforesaid to wit Commencing in the
middle of the Street known as Exchange Street in Fairbanks it being the
North East corner of Block Nineteen (19) in the recorded plat of Section
twelve (12) Township nine (9) Range twenty (20) East owned by Bricker thence
South along Brickers line eleven (11) rods to land owned by Upson thence
East fourteen (14) rods to the middle of Fourth Street thence North in said
street Eleven (11) rods to the middle of Exchange Street thence West in said
Street Fourteen (14) rods to place begun at containing one (1) acre more or less
together with all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances with every
privileges right title interest and estate reversion reversion remainder and
easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold in
fee simple forever And we do hereby covenant with the said Board of Public
Instruction and their successors in office that the said premises are the lawful
estate of the said Mary E. Furman wife of said Charles D. Furman that they
are free from all incumbrances that we have good right and lawful authority
to sell the same and that we will warrant and defend the title to the said
premises against the lawful claims of all persons provided always and these
presents are upon the express condition that if the above described premises
shall cease to be used for a School House Lot for the Precinct of Fairbanks
then the title is to revert to the said Mary E. Furman and Charles D.
Furman their heirs or successors in equity It is provided also that a Strip
thirty three (33) feet wide on the North and on the East is reserved and shall
be kept open for streets along the same. In Witness Whereof the said
Charles D. Furman as well as Mary E. Furman his wife have hereunto
set their hands and affixed their seals this seventeenth day of January
in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two

     Know all men by these presents That I who with my said
husband mentioned in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance signed
Sealed and delivered the same do acknowledge upon this my private
examination separate and apart from my said husband before and
by A. Duncan a Notary Public in and for the County Stated that I
executed the same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of my said husband and for the
purposes therein mentioned In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal this seventeenth day of January in the Year
