of all persons. In witness whereof the said W.H. Gay as well as R.J. Gay
his wife who Joins in this conveyance for the purpose of transferring her
claims to and relinquishing her right of dower in the above described
premises have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals this 15
of December in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I R.J. Gay wife of
Alachua County   } the above named W.H. Gay do upon this my examination 
taken and made separately and apart from W.H. Gay my said Husband 
acknowledge that I Joined in the execution of the foregoing conveyance and
made myself a party to the same for the purpose and with the intent of
relinquishing all of my dower interest in the lands and estate therein
mentioned and that I do relinquish all my dower interest in the same freely 
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or 
fear of or from my said husband. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set 
my hand and seal this the 15th day of December AD 1882

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this the 15th day of December
1881 personally appeared before me W.H. Gay and acknowledged that he
executed the same for the purposes therein expressed

AD 1881 personally appeared before me the above named R.J. Gay who
being at the time separate and apart from W.H. Gay her husband
did then and there make and execute the foregoing acknowledgment
her name being subscribed with her own hand and her seal affixed
in my presence. Witness my hand and seal the day and year above
written

This Indenture made the 19th day of September in the Year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two between Alexander
Coulter and his wife Sarah M. Coulter of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Benjamin F. Olliff of the
second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars lawful money of the
