United States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all the lot lying and being in
Coulterville Alachua Co and State of Florida described as follows
Lot (23) twenty three one hundred feet front on Rail Road Avenue
and one hundred and twenty feet deep Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainders and profits thereof and also all the estate title interest
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part. To Have and to Hold the
above granted and described premises with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part heirs and assigns to his own
proper use forever And the said parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs executors and administrators do covenant to and with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the
said parties of the first part at the time of the Sealing and
and delivery of these presents were lawfully seized in fee simple of
and in all and singular the above bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances and have good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey the the same and that the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns shall peaceably possess the above
granted premises with the appurtenances without molestation or
disturbance of the said parties of the first part his heirs or assigns
or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same
and the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs the
above described and hereby granted and released premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against the said party of
the first part and his heirs and against all and every person or
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend In Witness Whereof the
said parties of the first part do hereunto set their hands and seals the
