herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing renouncing granting and conveying all her estate and
title also her right of dower and homestead in and to the lands in said
conveyance described and granted and that she executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension fear or compul=
sion of or from her said husband.

"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County } Thomas C. Ellis and Sarah A. Ellis his wife
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand paid by Olivia
A. Porter of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and convey to her the
said Olivia A. Porter all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to
wit commencing at the North East corner of a ten acre tract or lot of land
conveyed to Olivia A. Porter by Thomas C. Ellis & Sarah A. Ellis his wife
by deed of conveyance dated January 13th 1875 the same being recorded
on the records of said County in deed Book "I" at Pages 364 & 365 Thence
to the lines
North two hundred and Ninety seven (297) feet^dividing lands owned by
