voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or

    J.C. Prescott to J.H. Post
                "Deed"
State of Illinois }  Know all men by these Presents, that we J.C.
Carol County      }  Prescott and Caroline Prescott of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred ($10000)
dollars to us in hand paid by J.H. Post of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said J.H. Post all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in
the county of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Block one (1) and Two (2) of Range Six (6)
also Block one (1) and Two (2) of Range Seven (7) comprising (4) Four
lots, each, Two hundred (200) feet square all in Section (33) thirty
three Township Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) South & East as will
more fully appear by reference to map or plat of Elliot L'Engle & others
recorded on pages 230 & 231 in Deed Book "J" Public Records of Alachua
County containing by estimation Four acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
same unto him the said J.H. Post and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said J.C. Prescott and
Caroline Prescott do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said J.H.
Post that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
