Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we Henry C. Denton
and Kate M. Denton his wife Samuel C. Rucker and Ella D. Tucker his wife
Benjamin Haile and Rachael W. Haile (formerly Rachel W. Denton) his wife
Elizabeth Denton (Widow) Earnest B. Denton Elvira Denton (widow),
Gilbert L. Denton Jr, Francis B. Denton and John V. Denton of the aforesaid
State and County for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand
Dollars to us cash in hand paid by Joseph S. Standly the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey
unto him the said Joseph S. Standly all those certain lots
tract pieces or parcels of land Situated lying and being in Alachua
County in the State of Florida more particularly known and described
according to a report of the Commissioners of Partition and division of the
"Denton lands" made by order of the Circuit Court of Alachua County
Florida in Chancery on the 27th day of November AD 1868 and recorded
at page 275 of Chancery order Book "A" public records of Alachua County
Florida as being lots Five and Six of Section thirty Three (33) in Township
nine (9) South of Range Nineteen (19) East containing one Hundred
and Eighty (180) acres of land more or less the same being the Lots
of land by said Report of said Commissioners allotted off to Henry
C. Denton one of the Grantors herein and to Gilbert L. Denton Sr.
now deceased but whose heirs at Law all Join in the execution
hereof = Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To have
and to hold the same unto him the said Joseph S. Standly and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolutely forever
and we the said grantors herein do hereby each and every of us
covenant and agree to and with the said Joseph S. Standly that we
are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed
and that we have good lawful and perfect right to sell and convey
the same - That the same are free and clear of any Encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our and each of our
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Joseph S. Standly and to his
heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereto set our hands and
affixed hereto our seals on this the 6th day of October AD 1882
