Large Do hereby Certify that on this 6th day of October A.D. 1882 before
me in person appeared Mrs. Kate M. Denton wife of Henry C. Denton and
Mrs. Ella D. Tucker wife of Samuel C. Tucker and Mrs. Rachael W. Haile
wife of Benjamin Haile each of them to me personally known and each
of whom being Severally first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from their and each of their respective husbands each of them
did say and acknowledge before me upon such separate and private
examination that they and each of them did execute sign seal and
deliver the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of their and each of their respective Dower
or right of Dower in and to the lands set forth in said Deed and that Such
release relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done made and
executed by them and each of them freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from their or either of
their and each of their respective husbands
