Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we Harriet
Williams and J.W. Williams her husband V.E. Jones and J.J. Jones her
husband Joannah Kirby and Thomas M. Kirby her husband
Alice J. Jones S.C. Bevill in his own right and S.C. Bevill as
guardian for Annie Bevill for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted bargained sold
and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
quit claim unto P.B.H. Dudley Jr all our right title and interest
in and to the following described piece of land to wit: Beginning
at the South West Corner of the North West Quarter of the South West
Quarter of Section (32) Township (9) Range 18 running South on the
Section line Six chains and thirty four links to a Stake thence east
three chains and Seventeen links thence North Six chains and thirty four
links thence West Three chains and Seventeen links to the place
of beginning containing two acres To have and to hold the same
unto him the said P.B.H. Dudley Jr his heirs and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
