         George Hamilton to Ann Hamilton
                      "Deed"
State of Florida }  Know all men by these presents that I George Hamilton
Alachua County   }  and Patsie Hamilton wife of the said George Hamilton
both of Jonesville in said County and State in consideration of $500
Five Dollars receipt and sufficiency of which we hereby acknowledged
to us paid by Ann Hamilton of said county do hereby give grant bargain
Sell and convey to the said Ann Hamilton the following described piece or
parcel of land with the building and improvements therein Situated
The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec 2 Township Ten Range 17 containing
40 Forty acres more or less according to the government Survey of the
State of Florida laying and being in said Alachua County
To Have and to hold to the said Ann Hamilton her heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple and we said George Hamilton and
Patsie Hamilton aforesaid for our selves our heirs executors and
administrators do hereby covenant with the said Ann Hamilton her
heirs executors administrators and assigns That we are seized in fee
Simple of the above granted premises that they are free from all incumbran=
ces and that we have good right and Titles to convey the same and that
we will & our heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend
the above granted premises against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whomsoever - and for the consideration aforesaid I the said
Patsie Hamilton Join in this conveyance for the purpose of
relinquishing and renouncing to the said grantee her heirs and assigns
all my right of dower and homestead in for and to the aforegranted
promises In testimony whereof we the said George Hamilton and
Patsie Hamilton have hereunto set our hands and seals this 14th
day of July 1882 AD
