                "Deed"
This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of January in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & fifty four Between Mathew B.
Hawkins of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part and John B. Denton of the county & State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that the said Mathew B. Hawkins for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Hundred & five dollars to him in hand paid by the
said John B. Denton and before the sealing and delivering of these presents
the receipt is hereby acknowledged hath Granted bargained sold Conveyed
aliened remised released and confirmed and doth by these presents
Grant bargain sell alien convey remise release and confirm unto
the said John B. Denton the following described tract or parcel of Land
lying and being and Situate in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and described on the Arredunda Grant as follows to wit
the East half of Section Four Township Ten Range Nineteen Containing
three hundred & Twenty Acres more or less. With all appurtenances
