and all the claims interest right title and demand of the said Mathew B.
Hawkins in and to the premises to have and to hold the same with the
appurtenances unto the said John B. Denton his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple And the said Mathew B. Hawkins for himself and his heirs
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said John B. Denton that
he the said Mathew B. Hawkins is now the owner of the said premises and
is seized of a good indefeasible Estate of inheritance therein and that
he has full right and power to sell and convey the same in fee
Simple absolute that the same are free and clear from all incumb=
rances and that the said John B. Denton his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have hold occupy possess and enjoy the same
without any suit molestation or interruption by any person whatever
lawfully claiming any right therein and that the said Mathew B.
Hawkins his heirs will make and execute all such other and further
assurances for the more Effectual conveying of the said premises with
the appurtenances as may be resonably required by him or them and
the said Mathew B. Hawkins and his heirs and assigns shall and
will warrant and defend the said premises with the appurtenances unto
the said Jno B. Denton his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof
the said Mathews B. Hawkins hath hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal the day and year being first above written

                         Know all men by these presents that I ____
the wife of the said Mathew B. Hawkins the grantor of the foregoing
deed for the Conveyance of real Estate for and in consideration of the
premises in said deed recited and in further consideration of the sum
of one dollar to me paid by the said ^John B. Denton^ the receipt
whereof Before the sealing and delivery of these presents is hereby
acknowledged do renounce release and relinquish unto the said ^John B. Denton^
all my right claim or equity of dower in and to the premises by said
deed conveyed as fully and absolute as I might or could do the same

Alachua County   }  Personally appeared before me the subscriber a
Justice of the peace in and for said county & State to me well known
to be the person who executed the foregoing relinquishment of dower and
she being by me examined separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged and declared that she had executed the same freely and
voluntarily upon her part and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
