containing all the lands within the boundaries above given. Being the same
premises which Betty Margaret Mengert and Ubrick T. Mengert Heirs at
Law of John H. Mengert deceased by deed dated the 30th day of April 1877
and recorded in deed Book J" of Public Records of Alachua County
Florida on pages 440 441 442 granted and conveyed unto the said G.G. Green
in fee Together with all and singular the buildings improvements woods ways
rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof
And also all the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever both in law and equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the said premises with the appurtenances. To have
and to hold the said premises with all and singular the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns to the only
proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever And the said George G. Green his heirs
executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns that he the said George G. Green his heirs all and
singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described
and granted or mentioned and intended to be so with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
against him the said George G. Green his heirs and against all
and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same or any part thereof Shall and will warrant

said State personally appeared George G. Green and Angie L. his wife
who I am satisfied are the grantors mentioned in the above deed of conveyance
and I having first made known to them the contents thereof they acknow=
ledged that they signed sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary
act and deed and the said Angie L. Green being of full age on a
private examination apart from her said husband before me acknowle=
dged that she signed sealed and delivered the same as her voluntary
act and deed freely without any fear threats or compulsion of her
said husband All of which is hereby certified
