"Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the 19th day of October A.D. 1882
Alachua County } between Mrs. L.E. Hill and L.L. Hill her husband
who Joins in this deed for the purpose of ratifying and confirming the
act of his wife of said State and County of the first part and L.J.
Wallis Trustee for L.G. Dennis of Alachua County in the State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred ($90000)
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part all of that
certain lot piece parcel or tract of land Situated lying and being
in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: The middle portion of Lot number
one (1) in Block Number Three (3) Range Four (4) of the original survey
of the town of Gainesville said middle portion of said lot being
described as follows Beginning at a point which is located sixty (60)
feet North of and from the south West corner of Said Lot Number one
(1) Block Three (3) Range Four (4) and running North Forty nine (49)
feet thence East Sixty (60) feet to the point of beginning
Having a front of Forty nine (49) feet on West Main Street by a
depth of Sixty (60) feet containing by estimation 2940 sqr feet
of land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said party
of the second part and to his successors as trustees as aforesaid and
to his and their assigns in fee simple and absolute. And the said
