                     "Agreement"
State of Florida } Whereas Leonard G. Dennis of said State and County
Alachua County   } has chosen and appointed me to be his Trustee
for the purpose of holding for him and in his stead the titles to certain
real estate Now therefore be it known, That all such real estate the titles
to which are so held by me as such Trustee shall at all times be entirely
Subject to the management control and disposal of the said L.G. Dennis
and I do hereby agree and bind myself to convey any and all such real
estate so held by me as such Trustee at such times for such considerations
in such parcels and to such persons as the said L.G. Dennis may in his
own Judgment and discretion direct.

  Board of Education of Florida to Sarah E. Dennis
Deed No 227                  "Deed"
     Know all men by these Presents That the Board of Education
of Florida under "an act of the General Assembly of the State of Florida
entitled "An Act to establish a Uniform System of Common Schools
and a University in this State" approved January 30, 1869 for and in
consideration of the sum of One & 25/100 Dollar per acre to them in hand
paid by Mrs Sarah E. Dennis of the County of Alachua State of Florida
have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Mrs Sarah E. Dennis and her heirs and
assigns forever the following described Lands to wit: Lots Three Four and
Five of Section Sixteen in Township Twelve South of Range Twenty two
East Containing One hundred fourteen & 36/100 acres and lying and being
in the County of Alachua in said State of Florida. To Have and to
Hold unto the said Mrs Sarah E. Dennis and her heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple. In Testimony Whereof, A Majority of the members of said
Board have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their seal
and have caused an impression of the seal of "The Florida State land Office"
