Thomas F. King and Wife to George W. and Joseph M. Ladd
                       "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we Thos F. King and E.A. King his
wife for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to them paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained & sold and
by these presents do grant bargain and sell to George W. Ladd and Joseph
M. Ladd all our right title and interest in those tracts or parcel of
land situate in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and
known and described as lot number two (2) in section three (3) the
West half of lots number two (2) and three (3) in Section two and the
North west quarter and the North East quarter of Section twelve (12) 
and the South East quarter of section eleven (11) all in Township Seven
(7) of Range eighteen East (18E) except all those parts of said described
             described
lands known and ^ as follows to wit: the North East quarter
Section twelve (12) the North East quarter of the North West quarter
of said Section twelve (12) and eight & 55/100 Acres lying west of and
adjoining and parallel to said North East quarter of the North West
quarter of said Section twelve (12) containing two hundred & eight 55/100
acres the said Thos F. King by the said George W. & Joseph M. Ladd by
their deed dated the 15th day of July A.D. 1882 the said E.A. King Joining
in this deed for the purpose of renouncing & relinquishing all her right
& title to dower in the land hereby conveyed and also for the Consideration
aforesaid or releasing & conveying all her right to said lands hereby
conved by reason of any Judgment lien or claim whatsoever she may have
affecting the same To have and to hold to the said George W. & Joseph M.
Ladd with all the rights and privileges thereto appertaining In Witness
whereof the said Thos F. King & E.A. King have hereunto set their hands
& Seals this the 18th day of October A.D. 1882
