King his wife to me personally known appeared before me and acknowled-
ged that they executed the foregoing deed to George W. & Joseph M. Ladd
for the purposes therein stated and I further certify that the said E.A.
King having been by me first privately examined separately & apart
from her said husband acknowledged to me that the she renounced &
relinquished all her right & title to dower in the lands convey in said
deed freely and voluntarily & without any compulsion constraint apprehen=
sion or fear of or from her said husband

              "Deed"
State of Florida }  Know all men by these presents that I J.H. Post
Alachua Co       }  of the State and County aforesaid for and in consid=
eration of Seven hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand on this
day paid by Andrew T. Capen of the same State and County do
hereby grant bargain sell and convey and by these presents have
granted bargained Sold and conveyed unto the said Andrew T. Capen
his heirs and assigns the following described piece or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and more particularly described as being a part of
Section Seven (7) Township Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20)
starting at the point where the line between Section Seven (7) and
Eight (8) in Township Ten (10) South Range 20 east Crossing the
Transit RR running thence North along said Section line five
(5) Chains and ninety six (96) links thence west Six (6) Chains and
fifty (50) links at which point is located the NE Corner of the
tract herein conveyed and running thence west Ten (10) chains and
Seventy five (75) links thence South Seventeen (17) chains and Twenty (20)
links to the line of the Transit RR beginning again at the NE
Corner of this tract as located running Eleven (11) chains and Seventy
five (75) links to the line of the Transit RR to the point where
the Western boundary line of this tract as described above intersects
the line of the said Transit RR the above described lands being
intended as a conveyance of a part of a certain parcel or parcel of
land purchased by the said J.H. Post from J.M. Taylor and wife
being only fifteen (15) Acres more or less of said parcel of land
Together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging except growing
crops To have and to hold the same unto the said Andrew T.
