J.H. Post and Wife to Peter M. Oliver
                  "Deed"
State of Florida }  Know all men by these presents that I J.H. Post of the
Alachua Co       }  State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of Two hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand on this day paid by
Peter M. Oliver of the same State and County do hereby grant bargain
sell and convey and by these presents have granted bargained sold and
conveyed unto the said Peter M. Oliver his heirs and assigns the following
described piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and more particularly described as being a part
of Section Seven (7) Township ten (10) Range twenty and beginning
at a point where the line between Section 7 and 8 in township ten (10)
Range twenty (20) East crosses the Transit RR thence North along
said section line Five (5) chains and ninety Six (96) links thence
West Six (6) chains and fifty (50) links thence South eleven (11)
chains and Seventy five (75) links to the line of the Transit RR
thence in a North Easterly direction along the line of said
Transit RR to the point of beginning being intended as a
conveyance of a part of a parcel of land bought by the said J.H.
Post from Jno M. Taylor and wife containing only five (5) acres
of said parcel of land together with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging to have and to hold the same unto the said Peter M. Oliver
and his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute for ever and I J.H.
Post do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Peter M. Oliver
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the Same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Peter M. Oliver and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whom soever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this 19th October 1882

Alachua County   }  I J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
personally came Mary C. Post the wife of J.H. Post who being examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that the signed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the
purpose of releasing and renouncing all her dower and right of dower
in and to the lands therein described and that the same was done and
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
