This Indenture made the 23rd day of October in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty two between Mrs Minerva A.
Edmister in her own separate right and Charles Edmister her husband
of Alachua County Florida of the first part and Phillip E. Lill and
Emma Wingate of Levy County State of Florida parties of the second
part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Thirty five dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hanf paid by the said parties of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise convey and confirm unto the said
parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns forever all that
certain Fractional Lot or parcel of Land Lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida and Known and described as
follows "To Wit:" The West half (W 1/4) of the South West quarter (SW 1/4)
of the South West quarter (SW 1/4) of Section twenty five Township Eight
south of Range Twenty one East W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 Sec 25 T8 SR21E
containing by estimation twenty acres more or less the same being
all the land lying on the West side of the Rail Road track
Together with all and singular the Land tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest separate
right property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the
same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefite and behoof forever
And the said Minerva A. Edmister and Charles Edmister for themselves
their heirs executors and administrators do covenant grant and agree
to and with the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns that they said Minerva Edmister at the time of the sealing
