Edminster and Charles Edminster to me well known as the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and
acknowledged that they executed the same for the purposes therein
expressed: Whereupon it is prayed that same may be recorded.

John McRae Trustee to Samuel A. Swann
              "Deed"
This Conveyance made and entered into on this Twentieth day of
October in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
two between John McRae of the City of Wilmington State of North
Carolina surviving Trustee duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road
Company party of the first part and Samuel A. Swann of the City of
Fernandina County of Nassau State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Five thousand Eight hundred and Forty Dollars paid in two
2nd mortgage 8 per cent bonds of $1,000 each (numbered 903 and 905) including
past due coupons attached from March 1st 1859 to September 1st 1882 both
inclusive issued by the Florida Rail Road Company March 1st 1856: and
the further payment of one Dollar in United States Currency to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and doth by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever all those certain parcels or tracts of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida and more
particularly known and described on the public records and maps
of said State as South half of the North East quarter; West half of the
South East Quarter, and all of the South West quarter of Section
Twenty five in Township ten, South of Range Fifteen East Containing
Three hundred and Eighteen and 72/100 acres Also in the County of Clay
said State of Florida the South East quarter and the West half of
Section Thirty one in Township Seven South of Range Twenty three
East, Containing Four hundred and Eighty and 72/100 acres more or less
S 1/2 of NE 1/4 W 1/2 of SE 1/4 & SW 1/4 Sec 25, T 10 R 15E = 318 72/100 Acres
SE 1/4 & W 1/2 Sec 31, T7S R 23E = 480 72/100 acres.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate right
