Lizzie E. Morgan to Sylvia M. Snavelly
               "Deed"
This Indenture made this eleventh day of July in the Year one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Lizzie E. Morgan
Administratrix of the estate of Thos W. Smith Deceased of the County of
Polk and State of Florida of the first part and Sylvia M. Snavelly of
Alachua County and State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth: That
Whereas the said Thos W. Smith Deceased in his lifetime to wit on the
20th day of October A.D. 1875 and Saml L. Smith executed their bond of
the penal sum of one thousand dollars unto Geo Helveston Jr. his heirs
executors and administrators to execute unto the said Geo Helveston Jr.
a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the north half of Section
Sixteen township eleven South of Range eighteen East upon the payment
by the said Geo Helveston Jr. of his certain promissory note to said
Thos W. Smith and Saml L. Smith of three hundred ($30000) dollars
bearing date with said bond - said land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and whereas for a valuable
consideration said bond has been assigned and transferred to the said
Sylvia M. Snavelly party of the second part. And Whereas by an
order issued out of the Probate Court of Polk County Florida on the
the 10th day of July A.D. 1882 the said party of the first part as executrix
aforesaid has been duly authorized and empowered to execute unto the
said Geo Helveston or his Assignee said deed of conveyance Now therefore
in consideration of these premises and the sum of three hundred
dollars ($30000) paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part do bargain
sell release convey and confirm unto the said party her heirs
executors and administrators all my interest as Executrix aforesaid of
the undivided North half of Section Sixteen (16) in Township eleven (11)
South of Range Eighteen (18) East containing one hundred and Sixty acres
more or less and lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida. And all the estate right title interest claim
and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of her the said party
of the first part of in and to the lands above described as executrix
above named or otherwise To Have and to hold the above mentioned and
to hold the above mentioned and described premises to the said Sylvia
M. Snavelly her heirs executors administrators and assigns to hers and
their use and behoof forever And the said Lizzie E. Morgan Administra
trix aforesaid and the heirs of Thos W. Smith deceased above named
the titles to the aforesaid tract or parcel of land unto the said party
of the second part and to their heirs and assigns and against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all other persons whomsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend In testimony whereof I
the said Lizzie E. Morgan as executrix aforesaid do hereunto set my
hand and seal the day and Year above written
