State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Lizzie
County of Polk   }  E. Morgan the widow and relic of Thos W. Smith
deceased and grantor in the foregoing deed for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid at and before
the unsealing and delivery of these presents by Sylvia M. Snavelly
of the second part in the foregoing instrument the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have renounced and relinquished and released
and by these presence do renounce relinquish and release unto said
Sylvia M. Snavelly all my dower and right of dower in and to the
lands named in said deed and to her heirs and assigns forever
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day 
of July AD 1882.

County Judge in and for the County of Polk and State of Florida
personally came Lizzie E. Morgan to me known to be the person described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
the execution thereof to be her free act and deed and that she
signed said deed and relinquishment of dower thereto of her
own free will and accord and for the purpose of renouncing her dower
and right of dower to the lands described in said deed.

                   J. M. Hawthorn to John J. Barr
                               Deed
State of Florida  }  This Indenture made this 20th day of Sept.
Alachua County    }   AD 1882 between J.M. Hawthorn and his wife
Sarah P. Hawthorn who joins her husband in this conveyance for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the lands hereinafter
described parties of the first part and John J. Barr of the County
of Alachua State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth That for
and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred #40000 Dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in Alachua County
Florida and described as follows to wit: Starting at South West corner
