conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Nelson H. Atwood all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: From a
Thirty chains West of the South East of the section being the South
West quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Twelve (12) North five (5)
chains to a stake at the south east corner of the land deeded to E.I. Hall
which deed is recorded in deed Book L pages 651 & 652 Thence Northerly
along the west line of Tindles land one Rod the place of commencing thence
Northerly along said Tindles line Thirty seven (37) Rods thence westerly
along the West line of J.M. Smith land nine 3/4 (9 3/4) rods thence Southerly
parallel with said Tindles west line Twenty four (24) rods thence
Easterly one 1/4 (1 1/4) Rods thence Southerly parallel with said Tindles
line Eight (8) rods to within one (1) Rod of A.N. Hunsickers North line thence
thence Easterly along said line Eight 1/2 (8 1/2) Rods to the point of commencing
containing two acres all on Lot Twenty nine (29) in section Twelve (12)
Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East in the Town of Fairbanks
County of Alachua and State of Florida containing by estimation Two acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the tenements heredita
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to Hold the same unto him the said Nelson H. Atwood
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute and we the said Enoch I. Hall and Catharine Hall his
wife as hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Nelson H.
Atwood that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said Nelson H. Atwood and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereinafter to claim the same. In Witness

Hall wife of Enoch I. Hall the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquish-
ing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land
in said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunci-
ation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
