    D.P. Newsom and wife to Samuel Rollins
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made the 5th day of July AD 1882 between D.P. Newsom and
his wife Drusilla M. Parties of the first part and Samuel Rollins party of the
second part. The parties of the first part residing in Levy County State
of Florida and the second party of Micanopy County of Alachua and
State of Florida. Witnesseth That the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars to them in hand paid the
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have bargained granted
and sold and by these presents do fully and freely grant bargain sell
and convey unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
the following described lot or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the town of Micanopy County of Alachua and State of Florida
and which is known and described as follows to wit: Lot No. Three of
Township Four of Range Three said lot being described according to a
survey made during the lifetime of Joel B. Smith dec'd and
containing one acre. To have and to hold the aforegranted premises
together with all and singular the appurtenances and hereditaments
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the party of the
second part his heirs executors or administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever And the said parties of the first part do hereby
covenant and agree with the party of the second part that they the
parties of the first part are lawfully seized and possessed of the
afore granted premises that they have good right to sell and convey
the same and that they will warrant and defend the title to the
same against the lawful claims and demands of all or any persons
