   Patience E. Smith et al to Samuel Rollins
                    "Deed"
State of Florida } This indenture made and entered into this
Alachua County   } the 24th day of October AD 1882 Between Patience
E. Smith Mary C. Smith J. W. Smith & Willie Smith parties of the
first part and Samuel Rollins party of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of fifty
dollars to the parties of the first part in hand paid by the parties
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted bargained sold & delivered unto the said
party of the second part the following Lot of Land situated in the
town of Micanopy and described as follows bounded on the South
by lot owned by Thos Gamble on the West by Dean Crumbly on the
North by Amos Barber on the East by Fred Wright and contain-
ing one acre more or less To have and to hold the above
described premises together with all and singular the houses
buildings and improvements thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the said Saul Rollins his heirs Executors
administrators or assigns in fee simple forever and the said
parties of the first part covenant and agree with the party of the
second part that they are seized in fee of the premises and that
they will and their heirs shall warrant and forever defend
the titles to the same against all parties claiming or to claim
under them in testimony whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
on this the day and year first above written
