            "Quit Claim Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Richard Wright
Alachua County   } of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of Sixty dollars to me in hand paid have this day granted
bargained sold and Quit Claimed and by these presents to grant bargain
sell and quit claim unto Peter Bailey all my right title and interest
in and to the following described piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and particularly
described as follows to wit: The North half of the North West Quarter of
section Two Township Eight South of Range Twenty East and containing
Eighty acres of land more or less To Have and to hold the same unto
him the said Peter Bailey his heirs and assigns for their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple absolute. In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
the 4th day of November AD 1882
