                    "Deed"
This Indenture made the Sixteenth day of September in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty two Between
James Shannahan of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Peter Bailey of State and County aforesaid of the
second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Sixty Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that parcel of Land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows The North half of the North West quarter of section two
Township Eight Range Twenty (N 1/2 of NW 1/4 S.2 T.8 R.20) Containing
Eighty acres more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
-taining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the above granted premises and every part
thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above mentioned
and described premises with the appurtenances to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever and the said James Shannahan and
his heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises
