                  "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 26th day of September
Alachua County   } AD 1882 between Simon Lamps of said State and
County parties of the first part and Robert Sims of the County
of Alachua State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth: That
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in said State and
County and described as follows to wit: A part of the South East
Quarter of the South West Quarter of section Twenty six (26) Township
(10) Ten South of Range Twenty two (22) East commencing at a
Stake in the west line of said Quarter Six hundred and Twenty
eight feet North of the South West corner of said Quarter thence
running East Two hundred and ninety feet and one half to point of
commencement thence Two hundred feet East thence One hundred and
five feet North thence two hundred and twenty feet West
thence South East to point of commencement about one hundred
and Sixteen feet said tract being bounded on the South by land
of George W. Gordon and Simon Lamps on the East by land of
Simon Lamps and on the North by land of Simon Lamps and J.S.
