To Have and to Hold the above described land to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns together with the rights members and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed
premises will forever warrant and defend against all legal claims and demands

   Anthony Parker and Wife to Noah Townsend
                     "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That We Anthony
Alachua County   } Parker and Georgianna Parker his wife of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Six 25/100
Dollars to us in hand paid by Noah Townsend of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Noah Townsend
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: Lot number
three (3) in the South East quarter of the North East quarter
of Section Twenty Seven (27) in Township Ten (10) of Range Twenty Two
(22) South East Containing Two Acres Bounded on the South by the
Public road from Hawthorn to Gainesville on the West by land of Bird
and Cynthia J. Waits and on the North and East by lands of said
Cynthia J. Waits the same being the lands heretofore conveyed
by Deed  bearing date 14th June 1881 by Cynthia J. Waits and
Calvin Waits her husband to Anthony Parker said Deed recorded
in Deed Book "M" Pages 874 & 875 records of Alachua County
containing by estimation Two acres of land more or less
