Agnes M. and Christopher R. Miller to Charles P. Perry
"Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we Agnes M. Miller and Christofer R.
Miller of Hudson County of the State of New Jersey do in consideration of
One Hundred dollars to us paid in hand by Charles P. Perry do bargain and
sell convey remise release and by these presents do sell and convey unto
the said Charles P. Perry his heirs and assigns all that piece or parcel
of land lying near the South boundary line of section fifteen (15) Township
(10) Ten Range (19) nineteen South and East and in said Alachua County
and State of Florida and further described as block (5) five Orange City
as shown by the plot of said town recorded in the public records of
Alachua County Florida. To have and to hold to the said Charles
P. Perry his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging and also all the estate right Title interest dower and right
of dower property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as
in Equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same with
the appurtenances. And the said parties of the first part for themselves
do covenant and agree that they are lawfully seized of the above
described premises and that they have conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every matter
and description created by them and that the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming by through or under them the said parties of the first part
