State of New Jersey
County of Hudson SS
Be it remembered that on the Twelfth day of July in the year One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Two before me Thomas Aldridge
a Commissioner of Deeds and Notary Public in and for said County
personally appeared Agnes M. Miller and Christopher R. Miller her
husband who I am satisfied are the grantors in the within indenture
of Deed of Conveyance named and who executed the same: and I
having first made known to them the contents thereof they did
thereupon severally acknowledge that they signed sealed and delivered
the same as their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein expressed And the said Agnes M. Miller being by me privately
examined separate and apart from her said husband did further
acknowledge that she signed sealed and delivered the same as her
voluntary act and deed freely and without any fear threats or
compulsion from her said husband.
