signed and sealed this instrument for the uses and purposes therein

freely and without any fear or compulsion of her said husband

the land in therein described to the said Agnes M. Miller said
acknowledgement was made upon an examination had and held
separate and apart from her said husband and of her own free
will without Compulsion Constraint fear or favor of or from her

S. Johnson wife of Franklin Johnson one of the grantors in the
foregoing deed conveying real estate for and in consideration of
the premises in said deed mentioned and of five dollars to me
in hands paid by Agness M. Miller Grantee in said deed mentioned
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released
relinquished renounced and by the presents do remise release
relinquish and renounce unto the said Agnes M. Miller all my
dower and right of dower in and to the lands in the foregoing deed
mentioned and conveyed to have and hold the same unto the
said Agnes M. Miller her heirs and assigns forever. In Witness
Whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this the 14 A.D. 1880
